On October 7, 2021, our company's self-developed 15MW high-efficiency high-speed reaction turbine (factory number: A2760-1 #) was officially put into full load operation at the Shouchuang Lushan County Garbage Power Plant. The inlet parameters of the unit are 6.2MPa, 440 ℃, and the turbine speed is 6000rpm. The unit operates stably, with maximum shaft vibration not exceeding 20 μ m, normal bearing temperature and unit expansion, high control accuracy, and speed fluctuations within ± 1 rpm. The unit adopts a tangential full cycle steam inlet method, and the time from start-up to grid connection does not exceed 2 hours. The various operational indicators of the on-site operation of the unit have exceeded the design standards, marking the successful development of this model.

The flow section of this model has undergone full three-dimensional thermal calculations, and the optimal flow stage size has been selected through optimized design. Efficient flow section blade shapes and tangential steam inlet methods have been adopted to reduce steam inlet losses, resulting in high overall efficiency and comprehensive efficiency in variable operating conditions. According to the on-site data collected by the user, the efficiency of the unit has fully reached the design value, and the steam consumption is reduced by about 4% compared to our company's conventional 3000rpm unit of the same type under rated conditions.

The unit body adopts many new structures on the flow, such as reaction type new blade shape, new steam seal, inclined longitudinal blade root, etc. The bearing adopts tilting pad bearings, especially the front bearing adopts a more compact supporting thrust combined bearing. This series of units has a compact structure, small volume, built-in chassis, and simple and reliable on-site installation.

This series of high-efficiency and high-speed steam turbines is not only suitable for garbage power generation, but also for biomass power generation, cement kiln power generation, steel waste heat utilization and other fields.
